Hey folks!
There was a survey about where to host Drupalcons posted into the Drupalcon North America Organizing Group (read the post about it).
One of the cities in the list, as suggested by the events company that is used to help organize the conferences, was New Orleans.
I didn't see much conversation about it here, so I wanted to kick things off.
What do Louisiana folks think about this possibility?

I missed the last New Orleans Drupal event.
I'd love that
New Orleans would be a great place to host a Drupalcon. Plenty of inexpensive rooms from hotels to B&Bs great food plenty to do in evenings music, clubs, strolling in the Quarter, Harrah's Casino if that's your thing.
For those who have never been here it would be a great excuse to come visit and get to know our city.
