I have successfully enabled a banner which currently runs on my home page. Ideally what I would like to do is have a fixed image on my home page and have the banner which consists of a number of different photos run on a smaller scale below the main photo. Any input on how this may be accomplished would be appreciated.

It's not really enough information to figure out what you're trying to accomplish. Is this photo in any way related to the "banner" (and what does that mean exactly)?
Why couldn't it just be a block with an image in it?

The photo would be an image that is placed in the body of the node and the scrolling banner of photos would run underneath that image in a smaller scale, if that makes sense. I have already created the banner view, a content type named banner, type banner_photos, scrolling photos. This display currently runs on the home page, however I would like to run it at the bottom as I said with a fixed image above it. Hopefully this makes sense. Could it be a block at the bottom? I have no idea. How would I set it up? Main pict in body and put the scrolling banner in a block at the bottom? By no means am I a pro at this, hence my questions. Thanks in advance.

The link you supplied is the general idea, the structure would be a little different, a main home page title image with a number of images in a horizontal row below it and smaller that scrolls across as a non-ending loop. The module page link worked but to gather any info from links on that page did not. Thanks for the input, I'm going to poke around and see what I can find out.......

OK, I'm relying on those of you who are much more experienced than me. Was looking at this, http://drupal.org/node/418616, and am thinking that something here would foot the bill. The ones that stood out to me and seemed to be able to do what I'm thinking are as follows:
I have no idea which would be most appropriate and easiest to use. Thoughts? The ultimate goal is to have a fixed image on the home page and have a running "banner" below of a number of images, possibly when a mouse is moved over it enlarges with perhaps the ability to click and enlarge. Thanks in advance!
