Project tracking system similar to TRAC compatible with GIT

In the book Leveraging Drupal Victor Kane proposes using Subversion for version control and Trac as tracking system, since both are compatible and work fine together.

Now that Drupal will adopt Git for version control, does anyone know if Trac is compatible with Git? And anyway, does anyone know a good tracking system compatible with Git?

There is a Git plugin for Trac... but I haven't used it.

You can also find it listed in the Official list of Trac Plugins.
