Every year permanent can submit their candidacy in a written proposal to the president of the association. The actual questions they need to answer to be eligible can be modified by the board, but shall at least contain the following questions:
- reasons for wanting to be a board member
- relevant experience for the job
- relevant experience as a community member
- the role(s) a candidate is interested in filling
- vision about how they want to fulfill their proposed role(s)
