Change Menu Title and Description

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

In the navigation menu click Administer -> Site Building -> Menus
Click on the menu you would like to edit
At the top click on Edit menu
Make your changes to the menu.
Click Save
