This is a quick list of taxonomy issues we're working on at the EOL sprint this week.

[committed] http://drupal.org/node/302440 - Taxonomy returns PDOException on "list terms" on clean HEAD install; add testing to edit term form
[committed] http://drupal.org/node/305740 - Add an Edit tab to term view pages for users with administer terms permissions
http://drupal.org/node/306224 - Add hook_taxonomy_term_load.
[committed] http://drupal.org/node/306270 - Usability- allow user to move from edit vocabulary page to list vocabulary terms
