Thanks a lot Mohamed, for both replying and for summerizing the merting minutes...

I just wanted to mention that I didn't see the agenda met, or to try to be fair, main, major ideas in the agenda weren't met, forexample the ones related to organizing us as a community..

The only thing mentioned in this behalf is the website creation, now I think we are a technical bitgeeky community we should try to innovate as much as we can, one of innovation aspects is to support new ways of communication, whether it's twitter, facebook or our very own here, Drupal Groups.. for me the site is like reinventing the wheel from the begining, i would rather see us all thinking of creating a website for a new initiative or social service as a community, but to just create a site (properly means effort, planning and innovating) just to organize us as a community???

I thought the urgent thing was to talk about the community itself as members and what faces us to establish all around community. you guys talked about the difficulties meeting new drupallers in general which is important but not urgent as difficulties meeting us, Drupal community in Egypt.

the Egypt Group on Drupal, what will happen to it? when are we going to ask for removal and replacement of the organizer, HOW will we select new organizers...?

Our values and ethics? do we have any? I mean u mentioned sm guide lines and rules of engagment but how and when will we define our core values and set of ethics? (which i believe should be done publicily and by majority of us)...

I hope u plz don't take my words as I don't respect the efforts you all did so far, i totslly appreciate what you did and are doing, and apologize for not being able to join you yet.
