Start of this year beginning we had a great event (DCM) & there was huge support from your folks. We should continue this & make Drupal Mumbai a hyper-active community.
Here are few thought which came to my mind. Please feel free add your comments & thought.
1) Design & Launch Drupalmumbai.org (Volunteers are welcome)
2) Monthly Virtual Meet-up (May be hangout)
3) Quarterly Meetup (In-person)
4) Drupal Mumbai - Video Pod-casts (Interview with drupal veterans, etc., )
5) Code Sprints / Workshops / Training.
6) Lets dedicate a big Drupal event to each quarter, Starting with Drupal Camp dedicated to first quarter, we can have a Business/CIO event, Drupal Developer days and Drupal event dedicated for students in remaining three quarters.
7) Drupal Training days
8) Drupal resource center
9) Resume Drupal Drop in sprints
10) Drupal Open house and this time make it virtual
11) Drupal guest sessions from Drupal veterans , last year we had presence of Alex Pot,
12) More often Leadership meets

Thanks @Gobi, @Rachit for your initiation on this. I would also like to add something,
where people motivate to come and join us on the event day. Like on sprint day, i saw a few people/1-2 developers comes.

Thanks Sidharth, we are in process of forming a strong leadership in Drupal Mumbai which will drive all the future initiatives. Ofcourse we need folks like you. I will start a seperate thread on the same to ask Mumbai Drupalers to nominate for Drupal Mumbai leadership board.
