Multisite with multilanguage with subDomain only

I've installed Drupal in multisite
- a main site with URL: www.mainsite.com
- a second site with URL cars.mainsite.com. This site is bilingual (UK, FR) with UK by default.
Do it possible to configure the french language for this second site with url automobile.mainsite.com ? (I don't want fr.cars.mainsite.com or cars.mainsite.com/fr)
