Requirements Analysis

Hi all,

I'm working on creating a requirements analysis template for our projects, and I'm wondering what your thoughts are on necessary or best practices in a requirements analysis. Either in terms of content, structure, or anything at all really! Just thought it would be interesting to get your thoughts on this very important part of the planning process.
