I have developed this long time ago, but I was using it commercially (selling it). didn't have time to create an installation profile, but it should be fairly easy to install and use.

The idea is simple, I will receive leads from people who want to sell their property quickly and I will try to resell these leads to property investors (note I don't buy or sell properties just leads). I am considering using auctions to sell the leads to the highest bidders.
