Internationalization on a 6.3 multisight install

Hi, I'm building a 6.3 site and am looking for a little assistance with internationalization. If anyone has any advice, or even if you can point me toward some tutorials, I'd be very grateful. Essentially we've got two URLs and I want to tag and send all of the English content to one URL and all of the Spanish to the other. Is it best to let Views parse all of the content into Blocks which target specific pages the best approach? (Will this even work on a multisight install?
