cms design themes

Hello.
I was thinking that would be a great idea to make a list of things we should know about theming in Drupal.
Also, for Joomla are extensions made for Dreamweaver. Maybe there are for Drupal too.
So, if you know tools for making themes in Drupal let's post it here.
I will start with this extension available for Dreamweaver.

We just launched the latest incarnation of PhotoSensitive's website (photosensitive.com). They did the graphic design work, and then we implemented in Drupal.

Two reasons I'm posting this here:

Hi...
I'm new to drupal... maybe like a month ago I "saw the light" :)
I was using other CMS (joomla, wordpress) and although I still need to continue using those apps for existing client projects... I can forsee a future of only-drupal projects.

I'm a long-time perl programmer and also designer... I learned perl "back in the day" because it was the thing to use before PHP came around... and if you wanted to do anything dynamic and interesting... you basically had to do it in perl...

Now there's php... and I've started converting everything over to php as much as I can.

I'm also one of those guys that created his own CMS back before there were any out there to choose from... so, I'm very impressed with drupal and the power it has to do just about anything thrown at it.
