I recently created a blog entry entitled "Test Drive: Drupal Deployment on Eucalyptus using Stackato, Amazon Route 53 and the Eucalyptus Community Cloud", which discusses how to setup your own Drupal setup using Stackato, while running on the IaaS service, Eucalyptus.
