Twin Cities Drupal Group events
The always friendly and generous Twin Cities Drupal community has a number of free meetups each month -- each with its own culture. And if you feel something's missing, let everyone know and let's add to the schedule or change things up. Always check this Events page to see what's coming up. Our normal schedule includes:

Drupal Happy Hour -- 1st Thursday of the month -- 5:30pm
This is a casual meetup, we might chat about Drupal and open source, or not, but you typically won't see many laptops open here. We change the location every few months, so be sure to check each Happy Hour event posting to find out where we'll be. We are currently meeting at Wild Minds Ales. - Drupal User Group & Jam Session -- 3rd Wednesday of the month -- 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Get your code on! Everyone is welcome and folks to work on their own pet projects, socialize, drink beer or soda, and eat pizza. We also may provide speakers and presentations at these meetings. This meetup regularly rotates between Pantheon and Advantage Labs. Look for the event to be posted each month for more info and possible location or schedule changes.

May 2nd Drupal Happy Hour @ Venn Brewing
MAY-be it's time for a nice Happy Hour!! It's a great time to have a drink and some conversation inside Venn Brewing. There's often a food truck on-site for the dinner hour too if you're hungry or we could order food together to be delivered from a local place.
Let's get together to chat Drupal or whatever and do it with some beer (they also have some non-beer options available as well). Come join us for a Drupal Happy Hour, 5:30-ish on Thursday, May 2nd at Venn Brewing in South Minneapolis. Not many get there before 6:00 pm, but I will try to be there at 5:30pm.
