Over the last three years I learned about and have developed a strong and fervent belief in the principles of Agile methodologies. I'm a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner. I endeavour to permeate my work with the principles of the Agile Manifesto. I've even got a pneumonic acronym for them:
