Empty notifiactions messages

We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

After installing OA2 I added Spanish Language with i18n and localization update module.
notification messages arrive completly empty, nothing in the subject or the body

anybody know why that maybe?
