New and need to learn Drupal 8

Hello Friends,

I am new to Drupal world.
I need to learn Drupal 8.

I have seen Drupal 8 Lynda's videos but they are more on CMS admin front not on development front.

Can anyone suggest learning plan and training websites & institutes in Pune where I can learn?
