Drupal PM - still under active development?

Hi, I am new to this module and have been investigating using Drupal for PM overall. I noticed the demo site on drupalpm.org is down. Is this module under active development for D8? If not, what are people using these days to meet the PM needs using Drupal?

You may evaluate the project using the "Try now" button found on the project "Demo Framework Scenario - Drupal PM" - https://www.drupal.org/project/dfs_pm.

As of D8 version there is no progress or plan made for it yet.
