Paynow module for Ubercart

Has anyone developed a module that will work on Ubercart, to add Paynow.co.zw as a payment method? Interested in developing that.

Anyone up for a monthly virtual meetup or user group?

Would anyone be interested in getting a meetup or user group going? It could be possible to start it online and if a venue can be worked out eventually that would be good too.

The online format would also allow people who are not in Zim to attend and contribute too.

Any thoughts or is there already a meetup running?

Drupalcamp Harare anyone?

DrupalCamps serve as a great place to network with fellow developers, learn about Drupal and other web/mobile/server-side based technologies and a platform for networking and business development.

Is there any interest in having a Drupal camp in Harare? To start it does not have to be the large affair but rather laying the groundwork.

If there is interest, possibly looking at some first steps in what it would take to organize a camp could be next?

Good to know you all out there. Does anyone know if we have any ISPs that can host Drupal sites locally (as in servers located in Zim)? Be grateful for some pointers.

Drupalisters in Zimbabwe

For a while I thought there where no active Drupal users in Zimbabwe...but as evidenced by the response to nicopamoja's post it looks like we're all but dead.

I think it's good that we know each other...so that we can help each other when needed...or team up for major jobs. You know these days it's all virtual...as evidenced by Lullabot. It all happens online. Who knows...maybe we can have our own Drupal meet someday.
