Sydney Drupal meetup - June - call for contributions
Hello Drupal girls and guys!
The theme for June Sydney meetup is "Drupal Testing". Exactly as a month ago, we need YOU! :)
There is an incomplete list of what Drupal testing can mean:
- Simpletest, unit test
- load test
- penetration tests
- functional test
- manual test
- running the above from drush, hooking them into jenkins, etc.
As the Testing theme could be a bit advanced for newbies (whom we want to make feel welcome), ideally, we will find somebody who can present an interesting site build which has kind of tests(s) in place.

Drupal Brisbane Meetup
In the meeting venue poll I saw there was a request from Carlo wanting to "learn something" at each meeting, which gave me a couple of ideas that I thought I'd throw out to be kicked around - or kicked out, as the case may be… :-)
I'm not sure how meetings are handled in other jurisdictions but, mindful of the diversity of attendants we have locally, I wonder whether we might consider running a few "streams" at each meeting to cover the varying interests people have.

Free Drupal Training - Sydney
As part of the Drupal Association's Global Training Day, PreviousNext will be running "Hello Drupal". This is a free 3hr introduction developed by Acquia that's suitable for anyone who wants to know how to start using Drupal.
