How many people typically organize these parties? I haven't been to one yet so I'd be interested to know how involved the process is expected to be?

Bay Area Drupal 7 Release Party
Details to follow but Marker Seven can host a bay area release party on the 7th. Plenty of space on the patio if it's warm or we can move it inside if it gets cool. Music, drinks, food ... open to suggestions.

I have a very large space @ 160 Folsom street - we hold the SFDUG in there - I have had 135 people in there and there is a lot of space - its available if needed.
