半分冗談ながら、公用語は日本語、共通語はブロークンイングリッシュ（拙い英語）とします。僕も拙い日本語／英語で翻訳しますので、日本語／英語に自信が無い方も躊躇せず参加してくださいね。

It's half joke, but the official language will be in Japanese and common language will be broken English. All native English speakers will be asked to be patient with non-natives and also speak in plain and clear English :p I will also be interpreting with my broken Japanese and English so please do not hesitate to participate even if you are not confident with your language skill.

Hotel lobby
Hey guys,
Just went to the hotel to check it out.
When you enter the hotel building, there are several large open spaces with elevators leading up to the hotel. They could be confused as the hotel's lobby and some people may end up waiting there.
The hotel lobby itself is on the 26th floor of the building. It's a pretty big open space at the top of the buiding with chairs/benches on one side that we could probably sit on while waiting for people to arrive.
To confirm, we're meeting on the 26th floor in the hotel lobby itself, is that correct?
