This month we are focusing on Security and Drupal, with presentations by Neil Drumm, the Drupal 5 co-maintainer and member of the Drupal Security Team, and Matt Cheney, of Chapter Three.

They will let us know about the security features build into Drupal, and how the Drupal Security Team works; the best ways to configure your site to avoid common pitfall; and the best practices for developing secure modules.

See you all there,

When: Once a month, over lunchtime, on the 4th Thursday of the month.

Where: 290 Hearst Memorial Mining Building (290 HMMB), on the UC Berkeley Campus

Directions & Map:
This room is located next to CITRIS headquarters, directions at: http://groups.drupal.org/node/10018/directions
Annotated map of campus: http://groups.drupal.org/node/10018/map

Parking can be a challenge around campus. The closest area to look is around Hearst & Euclid. Also, Hearst Mining is about a 15 minute walk from the downtown Berkeley BART station.
