I would like to invite you to submit a 60 minute proposal for our call for papers at DrupalCon New Orleans, which is the largest annual gathering of Drupal developers, business professionals, and technology enthusiasts in the world.
DrupalCon is the flagship event of the Drupal community, and will be held this year in the lovely city of New Orleans. Our event is held May 9-13, 2016 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. We anticipate as many as 3,500 Drupalistas will join us this week to help celebrate and grow the Drupal project.

Drupal is an open-source content management system that powers more and more of the web every year. The White House, Stanford, Yale, House of Representatives, Weather.com and many other high-performing traffic heavy websites are delivered through Drupal.

Drupal As a Dashboard / Aggregator / Portal?
I thought I read an article once about Drupal being used as a one-stop-dashboard for multiple systems of other data, like an aggregator or portal to other information. Anyone hear of anything like this?
I know we can use the Aggregator and Feeds modules to pull in data from other sites, and I have used several of the Feeds* modules on one project previously and have an idea of what I would do if I went that route.

Hello all! I am new to drupal, I have only been using it for about two weeks. I keep having the recent problem of installing and using some modules. For example modules like path_auto I could install and see on in my modules after I downloaded it, where for modules like Password_reset I could not install properly because it does not show i my modules in my administrative account for my website. I understand that some modules can only be installed and enabled when it's other supporting modules have been installed and enabled.
