Drupalcamp New Orleans: Final call for Sessions
We've already had plenty of great sessions proposed for Drupalcamp New Orleans, coming up fast on Saturday, March 28.

General Drupal help with small volunteer organization needed.

I live in West Columbia, TX. I want to build a web site for our volunteer group using Drupal. I need basic advice on whether to start with Drupal Core or a distribution such as AbleOrganizer of Civicrm. Features I'd like to see are:

Drupal Camp Houston, Let's pull it off again
We have been meeting for over a year, We have had a variety of people coming to the different meetings and we also have reach out to other drupalists around Houston. Meetings are always difficult to attend, but hey! It's Houston and just not that it is the Houston greater area and finding a central place to meet is hard when we are all scattered around. But something that has been clear is the commitment of many of our members either present or not.
