Welcome to the Dallas Drupal User Group. This is the place to get involved with the Drupal community in the North Texas area.
We run two meetups a month:
- The regular group meeting - tends to be more for power users and developers but we often split off into beginner friendly sessions if the main topic is real techy. Held on the 3rd Monday of each month.
- Intro to Drupal Workshop series - this is a series of 4 workshops designed to help beginners and the Drupal curious understand what Drupal does and give hands-on experience with how to build sites. The series is run 3 times a year. Held on the 1st Monday of each month. Also if you are new to Drupal you might want to checkout the Getting Started with Drupal tutorial series and Tutr.tv
Both of these meetings take place at:
4228 N. Central Expwy
Dallas, Tx 75206

I was hoping to strum up some interest in volunteering in planning, help, and sponsorships; particularly from anyone who has had some experience in doing this before.
