The issue is inserting a link to an anchor that is located on the same page which of course allows the viewer to skip to another place on the page easily.
A Google search turned up an image of the link insertion form that showed four tabs the first of which is named 'General'. On this General tab there are five fields. 1) Link URL; 2) Anchors (which is a combo); 3) Target (also a combo); 4) Type (if I'm reading the tiny print correctly); 5) Class (combo).
Ok, perfect, use the Anchor combo. One problem. It does not exist in my installation. Any ideas? Thanks.
Setup: Wysiwyg 6.x-2.1, Drupal 6

Select an anchor link from a combo
Hi Yonas,
Does it exist? Yes and no. Typing in the anchor link is easy of course, but remembering the name when there are numerous anchor links can be tedious.
The Google search referenced in the original post showed an easy way--just select the anchor link from a list of all anchor links on that page. Very nice. But my configuration is not setup that way. It would be nice if it was. Thanks.
