Seattle Drupal Meetup

Come to the second Seattle Drupal User Group Meetup! (it is sort of the first, and sort of the second, and some might say the third, but you should come regardless!)

We will meet at 5pm at Red Line located at 1525 Olive Way, Seattle, WA 98122 (that is in Capital Hill, right near summit).

Bring a laptop, a question, a site you want to demo, an open mind and anything else that you think might be useful or interesting.

The meeting will be rather informal, but here is a crack at a draft agenda

There were quite a few people who said that this week would be good for a meetup, but only two of us have signed up. If you plan on dropping by the meet up, please "signup", if there aren;'t 5 people signed up by tomorrow morning (wednesday) at 11, i think it might make sense to call it off.

Whoops -- I overlooked the date on the meeting notice last week and thought I'd missed it -- am now signed up and will be there unless I see it cancelled.

Maybe we could cook up some ideas for making the groups site a little more intuitive/user friendly.
Since I'm sure we all have a ton of spare time on our hands!!

(and if you DO have spare time on your hands and want to do drupal module development please contact me, i can put you to work!!).

WE've got 6 people signed up so far, so it's on! looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Hopefully more folks will show up too! Signup is not required but often times people are more attracted to events if they know folks are coming!

i'm on the brink of moving to Seattle from Corvallis, and i'm thrilled to see there's a Drupal UG here. i am a Drupal junkie, setting up sites at the drop of a registered domain. but i'm not very techie, so being able to work some issues out with fellow Drupists will be great. (i, in turn, can offer help on how to write a sentence for those of you who are techie but literacy challenged.)

I'm not a developer, but I own a local company that sells websites. I have decided to go with Drupal as our basis for development and would like to join a group of people interested in drupal.

I don't see many posts here, and am wondering if you are still in operation and if I can come to a meeting? Or at least communicate with other drupal people in the Seattle/Bellevue area?

Please join us at our regular group: http://groups.drupal.org/seattle. We meet monthly and our next meeting is October 18th. This group, Drupal Camp Seattle is specifically for organizing a Drupal Camp event in Seattle which we run yearly.
