When it comes to meeting on the Pitt campus, I am usually always around (it's where I live), and I very frequently work with Drupal on my laptop somewhere around campus. So if anybody is planning on being in the area, get in contact with me, and we can meet up and talk Drupal.
A big meetup would be nice though. We need to get everyone in this group involved.
Ok guys, I'm going to set a date, and say I'll be at the Schenley Plaza Pavilion on the Pitt Campus with my laptop ready to talk about Drupal on Wednesday, May 21st - 6:00PM. Can anyone make it to this?
I see that there has not been activity since May. Does this group exist? Extremely new to Drupal and trying to build my first site and would be happy to talk about what your experiences are. "You are smart to learn from your mistakes but even smarter to learn from others mistakes".

It looks like none of the PA groups seem pretty active... There is supposedly a group being assembled here at Penn State... But I have not heard much recently.
I'm in Mt Lebanon, but can take the train to get to the city for events. I'd like to get more involved in a Drupal user group as I am currently focused on QA and the simpletest framework and would like to meet others who may have similar interests.
There was almost a meetup last May, but I missed it :( I'm relatively new to Pittsburgh - anyone have an idea where we could have another one? I'd suggest my local MoJos coffee shop here in Mt Lebanon, less than 5 minutes from the Train stop. A Saturday soon, perhaps?

Minimum of (1) to (2) year’s of software and business applications experience in web development/web design
