I run a content-based website ( http://www.gradspot.com ) and have included facebook share icons/links at the bottom of each article. However, after clicking on the share icon/link, while I am forwarded to Facebook, it doesn't usually pick up anything from the article (i.e., there's no title, description or thumbnail). Sometimes it doesn't even pick up the link. All that being said, we've even included the meta tags Facebook suggests.
Anyone had this problem before and been able to fix it?

same problem, but i'm on wordpress. when i post a link to FB i often just get
'url'
'page url'
instead of
thumbnail
'page title'
'page description'
and it seems to cache for a while like this. i wait a few hours, try again, and it works fine. i'd really just like to know if this is a bug with FB, or with my site, because I haven't experienced this problem posting links from other sites I don't think so I'm nervous there is some config problem with my site, but how could it only happen occasionally??

But I do not know what is the format that should replace [TITLE] and [URL] for drupal site. I am not preferring any module for social sharing because it in other way affects the site performance score in yslow and google page speed.
I searched for lost 2 to 3 days and not able to find a solution. I thank in advance for any help in this regard.
