I'm interested in gaging whether there is interest enough in New Jersey (especially central NJ) to make it worth organizing a meet-up or event? If you would be likely to attend, or interested in attending, please post a comment.

I'd ride up to central Jersey...
I'm always down for a mini road trip...

I'm a bit late to the game
I'm a bit late to the game here, but may as well post somewhere. I'll be in Keyport (Monmouth County) in January. You guys doing anything between Jan 1-Jan 7?
I grew up in NJ, so it'd be neat to go to a Drupal meetup there.
edit: Found that there's one scheduled for January on Meetup.com, so signed up there. Will keep an eye out for it here on g.d.o whenever it's posted.

We have a Central NJ group
We have a Central NJ group that meets in Princeton the first Wednesday of every month, so we are scheduled for Jan 5. There is also a North Jersey group that I believe meets the second Wednesday at NJIT.
The events are always posted here. The Central NJ group also has a meetup.com group - http://www.meetup.com/Central-NJ-Drupal-Group
Flemington Drupal Group
I know this is way past the matter of the person who originally asked for a Jan 1 - 7 drupal event that he could attend but worth mentioning.
There is also a small Drupal group that meets in Flemington, NJ. I've missed the past two meetings. According to Meet-Up the meeting the date has not been posted but usually it's the third Thursday of the month: http://www.meetup.com/Flemington-Drupal/#calendar. I hope Elijah sees this message so that he can update as to when the meeting will be. Start time has been 6:30pm and the Panera Bread.
