We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate deal making area- where one tracks commercial property BUYER parameters and SELLER deal characteristics. Has anyone put together a system that can match-make effectively? Can be in Drupal or can tie into Durpal with PHP/MySQL solution or perhaps an even more eloquent solution. We are just not fond of high cost per user as there may be a number of people accessing this private network.

I programmed something very similar to what you are asking about 5/6 years ago. The problem is that I did it for a fee and I did it in .NET.
I will see if I can get in contact with the guy I programmed for and see if he minds releasing the source. It will have to be converted to PHP/MySQL though as it was originally done in .NET/SQL..

A competent programmer could put something together fairly easily, probably around 30-40 programming hours.

Thats too bad, I heard .net is bad! how much would it cost to have something like this developed? can you link to his site to give a better feeling of functionality?
