The High Desert Drupal group "typically" meets the first Thursday of every month. This local group is a nice place for people to learn and talk about Drupal, a world popular content management system (CMS). We also talk about web development in general, covering all aspects from planning, design, development, and maintaining a web site. RSVP is not required and attendance is free. What are we going to talk about?

Hudson: Continuous Integration

Tom Friedhof is going to talk about Hudson, a continuous integration tool written in Java. In software engineering, continuous integration (CI) implements continuous processes of applying quality control — small pieces of effort, applied frequently. Continuous integration aims to improve the quality of software, and to reduce the time taken to deliver it, by replacing the traditional practice of applying quality control after completing all development. Spritesheets

Jon Roberts will be sharing more about the spritesheets module that he wrote. We are nearing a release on drupal.org of this module, and a lot has changed since he last demo'd the module at a previous High Desert Drupal.

Community Time / Lightning Talks

ActiveLAMP in Victorville

We are meeting at the new ActiveLAMP office in Victorville, on the corner of Ridgecrest Rd and Bear Valley Rd, in the Ridgecrest Business Park.
