Meeting Again

Hello

I am a novice who loves Drupal! Connecting with people here in the High Desert to share tips and tricks would be fantastic. Currently I am trying to wrap my head around Organic Groups. Being as I don't have much more hair to pull out, it would be great to talk with someone who understands the ins and outs of OG.

If this group were to resume meeting I for one would very much like to attend!!! However, I would also like to make contact with individuals.

Thanks

Bill

Is anyone interested in meeting up?

I am just starting in Drupal and was wondering if meetups will be resuming for this group. It would be great to have connections with folks that have already traveled the path I am just beginning on. Our shop is switching to open source and Drupal is going to be a major part of our future efforts on the web. In the past, we have deployed SharePoint solutions for our clients, but we are hoping we can provide similar service via Drupal.
Thanks,
Doug Zeliff

Hello Everyone

Hello everyone. I recently moved to Apple Valley from Las Vegas. While I am a long time member of the LV group I wasn't too active. I would like to change that. I look forward to meeting all of you and potentially working with you as well.

I mainly do theming. Are there any other themers or graphic artists here? Hit me up.

Anyway, I just thought I would stop write and say hi.

RSS Hijinks

When I shut down my Drupal6 site and built a new Drupal7 site I didn't realize my RSS feed was gonna bite me in the ass.

From what I can tell, my RSS post's ID# is based on Drupal's Node ID. Google Reader does not clear out its history. At all. So when I started posting at my new site with NID's of 7, 8, 9, etc Google saw that and went "Hey, I've seen this ID before, this isn't new, you're just updating an old post!" So any new post wasn't showing up as "new" at all and were dated a couple years back.
