Florida Drupal Camp 2011 is rolling towards the fun in February and we're looking for extra hands to get the website up and going. We have very specific tasks we need people to assist with content creation, taxonomy, content types, theming and any number of other items. If you're looking to get involved, let us know here and check out the attached project plan. We need help with all task groups that have a "???" in the Assigned column. If you can help, please comment here and we'll give you edit rights to the plan (a Google doc) and you can assign yourself tasks (and more importantly, completion dates). Jump on board and let's get the site rocking so we can release it to the public! We are hoping to have a site that we can launch by Dec. 23rd so that we can start selling tickets as soon as possible.

Ben, I added your gmail address and then went to mark your name for the forums and noticed it was already done. Then I saw you were already in there with a Yahoo address so you must have gotten in.

Hey Guys

Thanks for responding, apparently I'm not getting any email notifications from your posts. Anyone else not getting notices either? I didn't get notified of the initial post until the next day. G.D.O. might be upgrading to the new look?

At any rate, the URL for the dev site is http://fldc.dev2.webenabled.net/ I will create accounts for you and you will be notified by the site.

Thanks! I found the link from @ultimike that he had sent. I think Gaelen's document was different from the planning doc.

Thanks for setting me up with

Thanks for setting me up with an account John. I can log in, but I want to make sure we're not duplicating effort here.

I see that all the content types are created, so at this point I can take care of all of the items under the sessions and schedule task groups.

But, is there any way that we can be sure we're coordinating properly? Can we set up a Google doc where we can check off the items when we're done, and then have them signed off on by the person who is doing the final setup?

Should we coordinate like this? If so, is there a better way?

Yes there is a Google Doc, I

Yes there is a Google Doc, I added you and thought you would be notified. But I have a suspicion that you need a gmail account to get to it? I just go to docs.google.com and I see any shared docs. Once you get in there, just change the ??? to your name for any task groups you take on. Please indicate an estimated completion date too.
