Mercury 1.1 multiple site (not multi-site) question

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I've finally got 1.1 working on my Linode server. Yay!

Now, I'm trying to setup multiple sites (not multi-site) using virtual hosting. I began by moving the Mercury/Pressflow files into a subdirectory of /var/www but during the mv process I noticed that there are two more subdirs: .bzr and .bzrignore

Are these directories location dependent? Should they be left in /var/www or moved into the new root subdirectory?

DUH!

I answered my own stupid question. :-)

Those are just bazaar maintenance directories. Does Pantheon use these to update to later versions of Pressflow? If so, I assume there is a directory path stored somewhere in the Pantheon scripts. Still not sure if I can relocate the root directory, although I've successfully accessed the install page of Pressflow with source moved to /var/www/mercury

The bzr files are used by the Pantheon update scripts. You can move them to the new directory of pressflow and update the path in the update scripts (/usr/local/scripts/ If I remember right...) and the update scripts should still work.
