Hi,
I am not able to run the quiz module in drupal 7. Message states that it requires Autoload. But there is no Autoload for drupa 7 since Drupal 7 has inbuilt functionalities as autoload. What is the solution please.

There are no Quiz version for Drupal 7 yet
There are no Quiz version for Drupal 7 yet. The one on the project page is just a development version. We have just started to work on the Drupal 7 version..

Just updating this post in case someone else finds it. The quiz module is on its way, I have just started working with and it seems to be moving alone nicely.
