phpFreeChat module for 4.7 available for testing

I finally found a few days to work on this, and have made several improvements along the way - however this is still BETA, so I wouldn't recommend trying it on a production site (yet!). If you have time it would be great if you could help testing this out, so we can work out any major bugs before I tag it as a 4.7 release.
