I am looking for great drupal developers, particularly those with experience of (or willingness to learn) implementing complex designs and e-commerce. Please see my job posting here: http://groups.drupal.org/node/12387 .
I am writing here because I want to create the best working environment possible. Basically, what I'm offering is remote work, mostly for international clients. However we're often in the Philippines (Pampanga) so some actual meetings are also likely. We usually communicate via IRC and e-mail.
If you were to work remotely, what would be your biggest obstacles?
I'm thinking about thinks like too little space, noisy environment, inadequate computer equipment, communication problems, etc.
I want to hear what is preventing you most from working efficiently so I can see if it's possible to work something out.
