If you have a whos online block; will pantheon never show anonymous users whos online ?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Im curious, I have a block on my site whcih shows the logged in users..... I was thinking that if you cant see a counter of anonymous users, can you see who is online displayed in the block using pantheon? THanks!

Pantheon includes Varnish, a high-performance reverse-proxy server. The majority of Anonymous page requests are handled there, so they cannot be counted by a drupal block.

Thanks! FWIW I notice that sometimes I can get readings in the counter of the admin menu, and I have found out that visitor info works. Thanks for the great platform.
