Adding Storm dashboard icon/link

Is it possible to add an icon to the Storm dashboard that links to a view (URL)?

I would try adding a CCK field to the dashboard page and set it as a link. As far as making it an icon goes, not sure how to do that but there's probably a way.

You can't add a CCK field to the dashboard, as it isn't a node.
