Holy moly it's already March!
I had such big ideas for things to demo at the next meeting and haven't had the time to work on any of them. However, I did find out I'm going to be a proud papa of twins in October, crazy! I'm told it will be a slight bit more challenging than hosting a multi-site drupal installation. o_O
I'd love to do another meeting this month, however next week doesn't work for me 'cos I'll be in Chicago for DRUPALCON... so, question... who is interested in meeting the week following Drupalcon?... I am thinking Tuesday the 15th, or possibly Thursday the 17th.
Please chime in if you plan to meet and also which days do or don't work that week.
and beware the Ides of March!

I like Tues the 15th overall.
The 17th would work as well, but my calendar is showing that as St. Patrick's Day. Is that a plus or a minus?

Let's shoot for Tuesday... a mtg on St. Patty's day wouldn't matter to me, but none-the-less probably best to schedule around it. I will have plenty of general chatter to regurgitate from Drupalcon (I'm actually writing this post aboard the #drupalbus, connected to the drupalbus wifi, and the first ever mobile code sprint!!!)...
Also, for the meetup we could replay one or more of the Drupalcon keynotes. We could also do some lightning demos of any projects folks happen to be working on, ask questions, work through problems, etc.

Congratulations on the news of twins.

Wow, can you even believe how organized I've been lately?! Let's plan on the same location as the last meetup, Atomic coffee on Broadway in downtown Fargo. And I vow to do more exploring of alternative venue options for future meetups. Does anyone have a [good] projector for the cause?
And yeah, Drupalcon was completely awesome and I as I said to ruedu today, I'm sure I'll have "drupalcon diarrhea of the mouth"! There is one particular recorded session from the conference that struck me as one that would be a good candidate to replay for this meetup, based on some of the interest and feedback from February... it covers using drush make, features, install profiles & distributions.

Remember the February Meetup?
When we all met around a table for the first hour or so and got acquainted with each other?... So, um, plan on some more of that again, as event planning is not my finest skill and the back room may not open up until 8:30 or so. It's not so bad, most of the very best drupalcon meetings happened in this informal "Birds of a Feather" manner ;)
With that in mind, let's make sure meeting venues are on the docket for tonight, and toward the end of the meeting tonight we can iron out a little bit more of a concrete idea of when & where our next meetup will be held.
