I posted this in the previous threads, but I didn't get an automated email, and no responses... Anyway... since most of us are flying up in 2-3 days , let’s try to finalize this!

- Sunday - Some people not in Chicago yet
- Monday – Most people (but not all) in Chicago
- Tuesday – Field Museum Part @7pm.
- Wednesday – Lullabot Party @8pm – Possible to eat beforehand!!
- Thursday – ?? Probably a party this evening.
- Friday – I’m flying out in the AM
Does anyone have any preferences? A couple ideas on my part:
- If we meet earlier (Monday), we can meetup and discuss potential sessions, and fun things to do for the week
- Tuesday's out because most people are going to the Field Museum Party which starts early (7pm)
- Wednesday Night could be good, because the Lullabot party doesn't start til 8pm.

The last couple of DrupalCons, we Floridians found the best way to coordinate things was via the #fldrupal hashtag on Twitter. Spread the word.

Hi guys, we can't go to DrupalCon but glad you are all going. We are really struggling with some aspects of D7, and also eager to know when mapping modules will be available. And the Acquia load. Will you bring back info for us homebodies? Mike will you be leading a Brevard meetup soon?

OK! Let's plan on Wednesday!
Sessions end at 6pm. So, lets try to meetup at Gene & Georgetti's at 6:45pm. This will give us a little bit of time to go back to our rooms, chill out, and get ready. I'm staying in the Sheraton Hotel & Towers (aka Drupal Tower). If anyone else is staying there, we can meet in the lobby at 6:30.
We'll also be coordinating via Twitter using the #fldrupal hashtag.
@Joe - I'd definitely be interested in meeting up with Florida peeps earlier in the week. I'll be getting in on Sunday, and will post via #fldrupal. We can also meetup at the Field Museum party. I'm really looking forward to that
@Ultimike - Didn't Ryan say he was going to pick up the entire tab??? :)
@maggie & jim - I'm from Gainesville, but I'm sure the south florida people will be spreading the word. I also think that most of the sessions get posted on the web for free (I may be wrong in this, though).
Later today, I'll call up Gene & Georgetti's and set up a reservation for 6:45. If anyone wants this to change, speak up!!
