If anyone has a nice space where we can meet, that would be helpful. We should have a handful of places in our rotation so we can schedule as desired and folks from north south and west all get convenient access once in a while. I'm planning to ask for space at Berkman Center at Harvard University.

I can probably get some space almost anywhere
I can call a union just about anywhere and they'd probably be willing to help out. Just give me the word.
MIT?
Hi! I don't know what hoops had to be jumped through, but two other user groups I attend make use of building E51 at MIT, which apparently has some kind of standard way for community user groups to request meeting space. I don't know if you need an in with MIT though...
(The groups in question are Boston.pm and BBLISA).
Optaros
Optaros would be willing to host the group meetings. We're located by North Station, so it would be relatively easy for those who ride the T. Otherwise, there are pay lots and street parking, which isn't too bad if there aren't any events going on at the Garden.
Drop me a line if you're interested.
I’m hunting for some
I'm hunting for some shared office space with access to a conference room, somewhere in Cambridge/Somerville - when I find one, I'm happy to share.

Another Possible Location in Cambridge - Near Porter & Davis
Hello,
I just signed up for this group, and am an utter newbie. I am about to begin using drupal for a new version of our website.
We have a small conference room at our AFSC-NERO office. It's a 5 minute walk from Porter or Davis Square T stops.

Cambridge Community Television has tons of space, free of charge. We've got a television studio that will seat 40 people and have room for a Buick, wireless internet throughout and we're 100 yards off the Central Square T station. Contact me to book anything: Sean at cctvcambridge dot org.
