Good Morning - I'm new to Storm and was curious if there is an add-on for file uploads relative to a project. My firm currently edits and reviews legal docs. I would personally love to have the option for the team leader/project manager to upload the clients document and have the team member that it's assigned to, be able to edit/review it and upload back to the same project. Any thoughts? Thank you.

you can use CCK to add file upload fields. If you enable also the access module for cck you can specify the permissions for each field.
There is also the comment_upload module which offers the file upload to comments. I think this would solve you problem.
