Level of Drupal Competency in Sri Lanka

I am interested in establishing the level of Drupal competency in Sri Lanka. Are you there any companies that use Drupal day in day out?

Of course there are Drupal developers here and there but nobody knows about any other developers. I'm sure we need some kind of local event to get everyone together for a day.
