Organizers Ability to See What Sessions Attendees Have Selected?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

First, what a brilliant package! I'm so happy I found this. Now, on to my question. I would like the ability, as the conference organizer, to see what sessions my attendees have selected for location planning purposes. For example, if I have 75 people select a session and put it in their schedule, but the room only holds 50, I want to be able to reschedule the session in a different room. Similarly, if I have only 15 people add a session to their schedule, but the room holds 100, I need to move it to a smaller room. Make sense? I looked for some report like this but couldn't find it.

Thanks, everyone!!

Hi,

You can build a view with each of the flags to see how many have signed up for a particular session. Just bear in mind that people sometimes flag two concurrent sessions, with the intent on deciding at the last minute which one to attend.

We are going to switch from Flag to Signup moving forward though. With Signup, it'll be very easy to see how many people intend on attending.
