Sort List View

Is there a way within views, or some other method, to allow anonymous users to sort fields as needed.

Last Name | First Name | State | City |

Audelo        Raul             CA         Oakland
Lopez         Steve           CA        San Francisco

So if this is my view, I would like to be able to create a header, like above, and be able to sort the list by any of the header items.
