The Blueberry todo is a bit tentative. I would like to know:
I will begin investigating this with the Association and get back as soon as I have a chance. It might take a few days.
I will be able to get people going on Bluebeach this week.

Access
I see this on the group page: "Access to the private Drupal theme repository is available through themer read and write roles on http://infrastructure.drupal.org"
When I head over there, I get: "Access Denied. Access is restricted to members of the Drupal.org infrastructure team." So it looks like I need to join the infrastructure team.
Edit: I've posted an issue to the infrastructure queue.
